Even a healthy juice can make huge calories. So cut your calories by eating proper food. Do not take so many junk foods.

Avoid smoking, salt and consuming alcohol: Smoking is too dangerous to your heath and alcohol as well. Nicotine of cigarette and the content of alcohol is culprit of extending fat. Salt is fat improving element as well. If you take too much salt you will grow fat. So try to take the amount of salt that you need.

Eat proffer meals: Never skip your first meal of the day I mean breakfast. Do not take heavy meals during the day except breakfast. Take small meals in a continuous process. It is good to take 5 small meals in a day rather than take 3 heavy meals. You should keep small your meal pieces. I am saying about your meals ingredient's sizes. Try bite and chew all of them. It will help digest them well.

Drink water as much as you can: Drinking enough water is a healthy process to all of us. Dehydration is another factor of being fatty. When the body feels lack of water it holds water and increase your weight. Drinking enough water is helpful to digest your food as well. Take a glass of water before every meal it will help you prevent from overeating. Take minimum 75 ounces water in a day. The ratio comes from 1 ounce per 2 pounds of body weight per person. So measure weight and calculate the amount of water what you should take in a day.

Try to avoid sugar: Sugar restriction is very help to lose weight. If you take less sugar it will reduce your appetite and will help to lose your fat. Try to take stevia instead of sugar. It has zero calories and it is a natural wonder.
